Here's a nice spread I shot for Globe And Mail's Report On Business Magazine about shrimp manufacturing in Mahachai, Thailand. The article focuses on Siam Canadian Foods, a trading company that deals mainly in frozen seafood founded by Jim Gulkin, a Canadian with no business degree and a colourful background which includes backpacking around the world, working on an oil field in Alberta, and a host of other odd jobs in far flung places. Headquartered in Bangkok with offices across Asia, his company is now one of the world's top 30 farmed shrimp suppliers.

Exhibition for Climate Change Summit In Paris

Feels good to be back in Bangkok after a motorcycle trip in the North of Thailand and a month and a half on the road which took me to Phnom Penh and 2 extended trips to Yangon, Myanmar for Bloomberg's coverage leading up to the election next month.
